Test Details: Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) are a group of rare blood cancers in which excess red blood cells, white blood cells or platelets are produced in the bone marrow. BCR-ABL1 is associated with chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) and mutant PDGFR with an MPN phenotype characterized by eosinophilia. The most common presentations of disease associated with PDGFRA, PDGFRB, and FGFR1 fusions are chronic eosinophilic leukemia, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, and myeloproliferative neoplasm or T-lymphoblastic lymphoma
