Test Details: Isoleucine is one of the three branched chain amino acid along side both leucine and valine. Low levels are indicative of low protein intake, poor digestion, increased utilization from chronic overexcercising. High level of isoleucine are caused by deficiency by vitamin B6, elevated insulin level.
