Test Details: This reflex sequential testing panel includes analysis of major gene mutations associated with BCR-ABL, JAK2 V617F, JAK2 exon 12, CALR exon 9 and MPL exon 10 for the diagnosis of myeloproliferative disorder. Testing proceeds by reflex through the five step panel until a mutation is identified. When the result is considered positive no further testing is performed.
